Palmer Custom Cues   ~   maker of pool cues from 1964 to 1994 in Elizabeth, NJ  ~  Eugene, Ilona and Pete Balner comprised the family who made Palmer cues  ~  some of the finest Palmer cues were made using Spain and Szamboti blanks  ~  Arnold Palmer was the inspiration for the business name  ~  Eugene and Ilona Balner were inducted into the American Cuemakers Association July, 1999  ~   Palmer cues continue to appreciate in value and are becoming scarce  ~  excellent investments
